Photos and Testimonials

We love celebrating the results of our work, but your privacy always comes first.

• We will never use before-and-after photos of your space, or share any images, without your clear permission.

• If you’re happy to let us showcase your project (for our website, social media, or marketing), we’ll always ask you first.

Creative Work

The designs, concepts, and recommendations we create are made just for you. They’re for your personal use only and can’t be resold or shared as commercial work without our permission.

Communication and Accuracy

To help us give you the best results, we ask that you provide accurate information (like measurements and preferences) and respond to messages in a timely way. Clear communication helps keep your project on track!

Payments and Cancellations

Payment details will be shared at the time of booking. If you need to cancel or reschedule, just let us know as soon as possible. Our cancellation policy will be explained before you pay.

Our Responsibility

We do our very best to provide high-quality design advice and recommendations. That said, final decisions and implementation (such as product purchases and installations) are up to you.

Ending a Project

In rare cases, we may decide it’s best to end a project (for example, if terms aren’t being followed or if circumstances change). If that happens, we’ll let you know and do our best to make the transition easy.
